Welcome to MysticSaju. By accessing or using our website at saju.nomiqs.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MysticSaju provides personalized self-reflection reports based on the Saju (사주) framework — a 1,000-year-old Korean system for describing personality patterns, rooted in shared East Asian symbolic tradition. Reports are calculated from the birth information you provide and articulated by an artificial intelligence model. MysticSaju is informational and educational software. It is not a prediction service. After payment, the report is made available to the customer via a link sent to their email address; opening that link from the email marks the reading as accessed for refund purposes.
2. Self-Exploration & Educational Purpose Disclaimer
MysticSaju is designed for self-exploration and educational purposes only. Reports are interpretive in nature, describe personality patterns drawn from a traditional framework, and do not predict specific events or outcomes. Reports should not be relied upon as:
- Medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
- Financial, investment, or business advice
- Legal advice
- A substitute for professional consultation
- A definitive prediction of any future event
Decisions you make in your life are your own responsibility. <b>No guarantees or assurances of any kind are given</b>, and MysticSaju will not be held accountable for any interpretations or decisions made based on the content of our reports. The product may not be appropriate for all persons and is not a substitute for professional healthcare services.
3. Pricing & Payment
A preview of your reading (the Overall Energy section) is offered free of charge. To unlock the full reading, you may purchase one of the following:
- Basic Reading — $9.99 USD (one-time payment) — Daily Essence and Monthly Rhythms
- Premium Reading — $19.99 USD (one-time payment) — All Basic content plus Love & Compatibility, Career & Wealth, Lucky Elements, and Yearly Forecast
- Compatibility Reading — $7.99 USD (one-time, requires both parties to be Premium)
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service.
4. Refund Policy
Each reading is a one-time digital product. After payment, the reading link is sent to your email. You may request a refund only if both of the following conditions are met: (i) you have not yet opened the link sent to your email, AND (ii) fewer than 14 days have passed since the purchase. Once either condition is no longer met, the reading is considered accessed and a refund is no longer available.
Exceptions may be considered in the following limited cases:
- Technical failure preventing access to the reading
- Duplicate accidental purchase within 24 hours of the original

5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and original written content, is the property of MysticSaju and protected by copyright. Generated readings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute generated readings without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that disrupts normal use
- Misrepresent your identity to defraud the Service or other users
7. Accuracy & Limitations
Saju calculations require accurate birth information. The accuracy of your reading depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. If you do not know your exact birth time, the Hour Pillar interpretation will be less precise.
The AI-generated interpretation reflects classical Saju principles articulated through a language model. While the underlying calculations follow traditional methodology, the prose interpretation is generated algorithmically and should be read as such.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MysticSaju and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
