This Privacy Policy describes how MysticSaju ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at saju.nomiqs.com (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

To generate your Saju reading, we ask you to provide:

• Name — Used to personalize your reading
• Gender — Used in classical Saju interpretation
• Date of birth — Required to calculate your Four Pillars
• Time of birth — Required to calculate your Hour Pillar
• Place of birth — Required for True Solar Time correction
• Email address — Required for paid purchases. We send your reading link to this email; opening that link marks access for refund purposes. Also used for customer support.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes. We do not use these to personally identify you.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate your Saju chart and generate your interpretation
• To process payments through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy)
• To provide access to your purchased reading and respond to customer inquiries
• To improve our Service and prevent abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• OpenAI — Your birth data is sent to OpenAI’s GPT model to generate the AI interpretation. OpenAI’s privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Lemon Squeezy — Our payment processor and Merchant of Record. They collect your payment information and email address. They handle all card data; we never see or store your card details.
• Vercel — Our hosting provider.
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) — Used to convert your birthplace into coordinates.

4. Data Retention

Birth information and generated readings are stored for 90 days from creation so that you can revisit your reading at any time via the unique link provided after generation. After 90 days, the data and reading are automatically and permanently deleted from our database.

Payment records (transaction confirmation and email address) are retained indefinitely as required for tax, accounting, and chargeback handling.

You may request earlier deletion of your reading data at any time using the "Delete my data" button on your reading page, or by contacting us at the email below. Note that, by design, deletion of a single reading does not automatically remove a Compatibility reading shared with a partner; the Compatibility reading remains accessible to the other party until they delete their own data or until the 90-day window elapses.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management and language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies that track you across sites.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for processing

7. Children

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. International Users

MysticSaju is operated from South Korea. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to South Korea. Lemon Squeezy, as our Merchant of Record, handles compliance with applicable international regulations including GDPR.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
