Refund Policy

Each reading is a one-time digital product. After payment, the reading link is sent to your email. You may request a refund only if both of the following conditions are met: (i) you have not yet opened the link sent to your email, AND (ii) fewer than 14 days have passed since the purchase. Once either condition is no longer met, the reading is considered accessed and a refund is no longer available.

Exceptions may be considered in the following limited cases:

• Technical failure preventing access to the reading
• Duplicate accidental purchase within 24 hours of the original
